Welcome to Christ Embassy Loveworld! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Christ Embassy Loveworld mobile application ("App") provided by Christ Embassy Loveworld, headquartered at Rua Val Paraíso, 827, Santo Afonso, Novo Hamburgo/RS, Brazil ("Operator").
By creating an account or using the App, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for users 13 years or older.
If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that you have permission from your legal guardians.
You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
2. User account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Post offensive, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory or illegal content
Send spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial promotion
Impersonate others or create false identities
Try to access admin areas without permission
Use bots, scrapers or unauthorized automation
Distribute viruses or malicious code
Collect data from other users without consent
Infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
4. User-generated content
4.1 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for content you publish (posts, prayer requests, comments, photos, videos).
You declare that you own the rights to all content you publish.
4.2 License granted to the Operator
By publishing content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to display that content within the App.
This license exists while the content is published and ends when you delete it.
4.3 Moderation
The Operator may, at any time and without prior notice:
Hide or remove content that violates these Terms
Suspend or delete accounts of repeat offenders
5. Donations and contributions
The App only displays PIX and bank account information for members to contribute voluntarily.
We do not process payments inside the App. Every transfer occurs outside the App, directly through the user's banking app.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in case of proven error.
The Operator is a registered religious institution and uses contributions for its religious, social and maintenance activities.
6. Intellectual property
The name "Christ Embassy Loveworld", logo, design, source code, videos, devotionals and other materials published by the Operator are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Third-party content
The App may embed YouTube videos. Use of such content is governed by YouTube's Terms.
We are not responsible for third-party content, ads or policies.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform maintenance, updates or interrupt the service without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.
The Operator shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses arising from use or inability to use the App.
The Operator is not responsible for user-generated content.
